Shipping Options

For the convenience of Arbor Teas customers, we are pleased to offer a variety of UPS and USPS shipping services and free local delivery within the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $60 with a delivery address in the USA. Arbor Teas reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and service used to deliver all orders electing free shipping which can include UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail (see shipping timelines below). Free shipping is sometimes not available in combination with other coupons or promotions.

$4.95 flat rate standard shipping is available for all orders with a delivery address in the USA. Arbor Teas reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and service used to deliver all orders electing standard shipping which can include UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS First Class Mail (see shipping timelines below). Standard shipping is sometimes not available in combination with other coupons or promotions.

For those customers who need their order to be delivered faster or prefer to choose a specific shipping method, we offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS 2nd Day shipping options. UPS 2nd Day shipments are prioritized and, if received before 12 noon, are fulfilled and shipped same day (Monday-Friday). Rates are calculated in real-time, based on the delivery address and the weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Deliveries within the City of Ann Arbor, MI, are made every Friday with the exception of national holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. Local delivery orders must be placed before 5:00 pm EST on Thursday to be included with deliveries for the next day. Deliveries to business addresses will be dropped off during business hours (10 am-5 pm), however residential deliveries may be made during the afternoon or evening. Don’t worry, you do not need to be home to receive your delivery. We will place residential deliveries in a waterproof bag and hang on your door.  Easy as that! Shipping Timelines

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday with the exception of national holidays. Delivery speed depends upon the shipping carrier and service elected during checkout. A summary of the estimated shipping times is listed below. To estimate the arrival date of an order, please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment prior to shipping.
